itconnexion can actively perform checks of your server and status of your network. The purpose of the regular check is to ensure ongoing operational stability and minimize downtime due to infrastructure-related issues.

itconnexion can perform regular monitoring of the server and network, and will report the status of the server of network. A Server Check includes review of;
- Disk space;
- Application log;
- System log;
- Backup results;
- Exchange e-mail.
Results of the server check are documented in a Server Check report and provided to you. The Server Check report is also maintained on-line in the ConnexionPoint system. Based on the server status, itconnexion will make any appropriate recommendations to you and with your approval, can schedule and perform preventative maintenance activities.
